Finding a clan
Search by name or vibe, then narrow down with filters for region, recruitment status, minimum combat and playstyle tags. Open a clan to see its home page: what it's about, its requirements, members, stats and how to join.
Use Compare to put a few clans side by side. Clans that ask for an application show an Apply button; the rest link straight to their Discord.
Listing your clan
Sign in with Discord and submit your clan. We review new listings before they appear in the directory. Once approved, you manage everything from your clan dashboard.
Only the owner can edit a listing. If your clan is already listed by someone else, contact us on Discord.
Owner dashboard
The Overview shows what needs your attention first — applications waiting for a reply and trackers that have stopped syncing — then quick actions and your key numbers:
- Profile views over 30 days, 3 months or 6 months.
- Member growth and joins & leaves, recorded daily from your Wise Old Man or TempleOSRS group.
- Top EHP and EHB gainers for the week.
- Discord activity — messages, joins, leaves and voice time — when your server has the bot.
- Applications and bump history.
Settings are grouped under Listing (details, integrations & links, Discord server) and Clan home (appearance and the page editor). Deleting a listing lives at the bottom of Details.
Bumps
Bumping puts your clan at the top of the directory. Each clan can be bumped once every 7 days, from the dashboard or with /bump in your linked Discord server. The dashboard shows who bumped and when.
Applications
Turn on screening to make recruits answer up to five questions before joining. Applications arrive in your inbox, where you can reply, accept or decline. Accepted applicants are sent your Discord invite.
News & events
Write news from your clan home's editor, and post events from the dashboard. Events from your Discord server's scheduled events can be synced automatically, and Wise Old Man competitions are pulled in on your page.
With the bot in your server, new events and reminders are posted into a channel you choose as a card with the time, details, an Interested button and an optional role ping. You can announce every event or only the ones created on Clan Collective. New Wise Old Man competitions are also posted under your clan's thread in the Clan Collective Discord.
Trackers
Link your Wise Old Man and TempleOSRS groups under Integrations & links. Your clan chat name links RuneProfile.
- Member counts and totals refresh daily; joins and leaves are worked out from each daily sync.
- Hiscores, killcounts, weekly gains, achievements and name changes refresh weekly.
- Competitions refresh daily.
Use Sync now if something looks out of date. Syncs are spread out through the day so we stay well within each tracker's limits.
Discord bot
Add the Clan Collective bot to your server and link it under Discord server. Once linked it can post your listing to the directory, relay reviews and wall posts, sync events, remind you to bump and record server activity for your dashboard. Everything is switched on per server from the bot dashboard.
Clan home editor
Open your clan home and choose Edit page. Drag cards to reorder them, set their widths, add text, image, rules, FAQ, video and link blocks, and set your background, accent colour, gallery and join message. Changes save when you press Save.
Alliances
An alliance groups clans under one banner. The lead clan creates it, invites other clans and manages its page, news and gallery. Invites arrive in the invited clan's inbox.
FAQ
Why isn't my clan showing in the directory?
New listings are reviewed first. Your dashboard shows the listing status; once it's approved it appears in search.
My member count or stats look wrong.
Check the group links under Integrations & links, then press Sync now. Stats come from your tracker group, so members need to be added there too.
Why do my member graphs start recently?
Growth is recorded from each daily sync, so the history builds up from when your tracker was first linked.
How do I stop receiving applications?
Turn off screening under Applications, or set your recruitment status to closed under Details.
Can more than one person manage a clan?
A listing has one owner on the site. Server staff can manage the Discord bot for any server they have manage permissions in.
Is this affiliated with Jagex?
No. Clan Collective is an independent, fan-made directory.
